Fuzzy Compensation and Load Disturbance Adaptive Control Strategy for Electro-Hydraulic Servo Pump Control System

Aiming at the high-precision position control of electro-hydraulic servo pump system, a compensation algorithm based on fuzzy theory is proposed classical PID for factors such as oil compression and system leakage. Firstly, mathematical model was established, online identification load disturbance carried out. Then, leakage controllers were error caused by compensated rules. Finally, effect verified using an experimental platform. The results show that strategy can significantly reduce influence system. steady-state accuracy reached ±0.01 mm, which enhanced anti-disturbance ability
